Registration Fee (New Students Only)
A non-refundable registration fee of $200 ($150 FBCO Church member) is due when registration forms are submitted.

Enrollment Fee (New and Returning Students)
A $175 Enrollment fee is due with registration forms.

FACTS
All families will need to create an account with the FACTS system. The online system, FACTS, has a one-time Payment Plan Fee per family of $25. If paying for the Quarter or Monthly, there is a one-time Payment Plan Fee per family of $55. The one-time Payment Plan Fee options covers both FBA’s Creation Corner and FBA.

Tuition Rate
Tuition for the full year is $3,500 for 2 days a week, $5,200 for 3 days a week, and $5,900 for 5 days a week (excludes all fees). There are 10 monthly payments (August-May). Tuition is not waived for days missed due to illness, vacation, or inclement weather.

Class Assignments
Class assignments are based on the date the registration fee is received and the availability of openings for a given age. If a child is not immediately placed within the program, he/she will be held on an active wait list for the first available opening. Children applying mid-year will be placed as openings arise and monthly tuition is due on the first day of attendance.

In case of withdrawal, a two-week written notice is required.

Children currently enrolled are required to re-enroll every school year.

FBA’s Creation Corner (FBACC) does not discriminate against children of any race, color, Nationality, ethnic origin, or social status for admission. CC is a ministry of First Baptist Church O’Fallon which is  founded on the principles of Christian faith. Parents and/or Legal Guardians will be expected to abide by the statement of faith detailed in the Parent Handbook by signing the Parent Pledge of Acceptance without mental reservation. The program reserves the right, within its sole discretion, to refuse admission of an applicant or to discontinue enrollment of a child or staff member if the atmosphere or conduct within a particular home or the activities of the child/staff are counter to or are in opposition to the Statement of Faith. Substantial disagreement with program policies or philosophy is sufficient for dismissal of a child after enrollment.

Because we are concerned for the safety and health of each child, we ask that parents do not bring their child to FBA’s Creation Corner if one or more of the following symptoms are present or the parent has administered medication for the following symptoms:

● Unusual fatigue or irritability

● Coughing, sneezing, runny nose, or obvious cold symptoms

● Fever of 100° or higher within 24 hours

● Vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours

● Mouth sores, unless Child’s Physician confirms it is noninfectious

● Rash with fever or behavior change, unless child’s physician confirms it is noninfectious

● Conjunctivitis (Yellow-Green eye discharge with redness) until 24 hours after treatment first begins

● Impetigo, until 24 hours after treatment first begins

● Strep Throat, until 24 hours after treatment first begins and 24 hours fever free

● Head Lice & Scabies, until the morning after the first treatment

● Childhood illnesses: Chicken Pox (6 days after onset of rash); Whooping Cough (5 days of antibiotic treatment complete); Mumps (9 days after onset of swelling); Measles (4 days after rash clears); Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (all spots must be completely scabbed over, which could take 7 days or longer)

● Fifths Disease (Slap Cheek Syndrome): Students and siblings in Creation Corner must stay home for 1 week following confirmed diagnosis

● Symptoms which may be indicative of a serious communicable illness

Should any of the symptoms mentioned above be detected in a child, the office will ask the parents to take the child home. If an injury or illness is detected in the child after arrival, teachers will alert the FBA Creation Corner Office so they can alert the parents for an immediate pick-up. If the FBACC Office is unable to contact parents, the office will call the emergency contacts for an immediate pick-up.
