PRESCHOOL TEACHER

The preschool teachers provide a safe learning & play environment for children aged 2 to 4-years-old. Work hours are Tuesday & Thursday 8:30 A.M. - 2:30 P.M.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 18+ years of age on or before 8/12/2025

  • Able to get up & down off the floor

  • An active member of First Baptist Church O’Fallon

  • Excited to teach kids about God's love

EXPECTATIONS

  • Active & growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ, evidenced by action, attitude, & behavior

  • Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)

  • Minimal use of work time for personal business or errands

  • Participation in staff meetings & trainings as scheduled

  • Plan & work proactively to fulfill all expectations with excellence

  • Competency with basic computer software & be willing to learn new software - as necessary
