Administrative Assistant
Assist the Creation Corner Director in weekly tasks and assignments. Be a substitute teacher in a classroom and daily runner as needed. Work hours are Tuesday and Thursday 7:45 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. with the occasional Wednesday.
QUALIFICATIONS
The Administrative Assistant must be a Christian and active member of First Baptist Church O’Fallon.
Professional training or experience in the area of early childhood education is desired, but not required.
Experience in working with preschool children in public education or Sunday School is necessary.
A basic love for children and a commitment to teaching are essential.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for partnering with the director to plan and execute programs throughout the year.
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS
Must be over 19 years of age.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Must have effective oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to perform the duties of the job description.
Must be comfortable with basic computer and internet skills.
Before school year begins: Must be CPR certified and must submit a physical and have negative TB test results.
